At BRAINHINT, we worked closely with our client to understand and analyse their processes and create the best possible solution. Based on our analysis, we built a software robot written in java.
The robot collected input data on current pricing and discounts from an Excel file stored on the local network. The data was transformed and saved into high-quality pdf files instead of Word files which were at risk of being modified without authorisation.
Files were then distributed to store managers automatically in batches, using email. Each batch specified what type of paper should be used at the local stores to prepare high-quality labels.
